Mike is on his high school cross country team. The experience has been fantastic for all. Mike is in great shape as a result.
Now that the season is over Mike is continuing to train for next year. We’ve organized his running schedule on paper. This seems to work well for Mike.
In addition to running around our block three days a week, Mike is also working out with an athletic trainer once a week.
